Paid campaigns aligned with your business goals

What we do
We plan and manage pay-per-click campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn and ChatGPT, with structure and budget built around your offer, your audience and your sales goals. Every call and form traced to the click that paid for it.
01 · Core platform

Google Ads

Search, Performance Max, Local Services, Display and YouTube. Google is where most budgets do their heaviest lifting, and where most of the waste hides, so it gets the most scrutiny: search terms reviewed weekly, tracking tested before launch, and a landing page behind every campaign.

Clarity

Before you spend, you know what we will run, what it should cost and what it should produce. If the numbers do not work, we say so.

Execution

Campaigns, landing pages and tracking built and run in-house, so nothing falls between an ad agency, a developer and a tracking contractor.

Measurable outcomes

Every call, form and booking traced to the click that produced it, on a live dashboard you can check any time.

Culture fit

A person who knows your account, a monthly call in plain English, and an ad account that is always in your name.

A clear plan for your advertising budget

Campaign management
Every engagement starts with a review of your accounts, competitors and market, and a clear answer on which conversions matter to your business: calls, quote requests, booked jobs or sales. The campaign plan is built around those, covering which platforms, which searches and audiences, what budget, and what it should produce.

Once campaigns are live, we optimize continuously on ad performance, search intent and the quality of the leads coming through, not just the volume. Tracking before spend, narrow before wide, data before opinion.
01
Week 1

Audit & economics

We review your account, competitors and market, then tell you what it will realistically cost to hit your goal. If paid search is not the right place to start, we say so before you spend anything.
02
Week 1–2

Tracking first

Conversion tracking, call tracking and dashboard wiring before launch, so every decision after day one is grounded in real signal.
03
Week 2–3

Build the account

Campaigns structured by service and geography, tight ad groups, ads written in your customers' language, and a landing page behind every campaign.
04
Week 3–4

Launch narrow

We start focused on the highest-intent searches and expand as data accumulates, testing creative angles against each other instead of guessing.
05
Month 2+

Follow the data

Budget flows to what produces leads at an acceptable cost. Everything else gets fixed or cut. Most accounts hit their stride by month two or three.
06
Every month

Report & scale

Cost per lead on your dashboard, next to every other channel. When a campaign earns more budget, we show you why with numbers.

How we manage Google Ads

Google is the core of most PPC programs we run. Four Google channels, each with a different job. We decide the mix from your margins and your market, not from what is easiest to sell.

Google Search Ads

Your customers are searching right now. The only question is who they find.
Campaigns built from the exact queries buyers in your market use when they are ready to spend, with match types controlled tightly so budget goes to intent, not curiosity.

02 · Performance Max

Performance Max

Google's AI can find buyers everywhere, if you feed it the right signals.
PMax learns from whatever you tell it counts as success. We train it on real conversions and conversion values, not form fills that go nowhere, with audience signals and creative built for every placement.
03 · Local Services

Local Services Ads

Above every other result, with a badge that says Google vouches for you.
Pay per lead, not per click, at the very top of local service searches. We handle verification, dispute credits for junk leads, and the review velocity and response times that decide your ranking.
RETURNING VISITORCame back &booked
04 · Remarketing

Remarketing & YouTube

The visitor who did not convert is your warmest audience.
Most people do not buy on the first visit. Remarketing and YouTube keep your business in front of them while they compare, at a fraction of the cost of finding them the first time.

Relevance is
cheaper than money

How the auction really works
Every search triggers an auction. Google does not simply hand the top spot to the highest bidder. It multiplies your bid by how relevant and useful your ad is, then charges you only what you need to beat the advertiser below you.

That means a well-built account routinely wins better positions than competitors spending more per click, and pays less for them.

Expected click-through

Ads written in the words your customers actually search, tested against each other every month.

Ad relevance

Tight ad groups so the keyword, the ad and the promise all match what the person typed.

Landing page experience

A page built for that search, fast on mobile, with the proof and the phone number above the fold.
Simplified for illustration. Google's real Ad Rank uses more signals than bid and Quality Score, but the principle holds: the better-built account wins more auctions for less.

Where the money actually goes

Most accounts we audit are not short on budget. They are leaking it. Google will happily spend on any search loosely related to your keywords, and nobody is checking what those searches were.

This is what a single week of search terms can look like before we get involved.

Landing pages that convert

Sending paid clicks to a homepage is burning money. We build and test pages matched to each campaign's intent, with the proof and clarity that turn a click into a call.

Budget that follows results

Even spending across campaigns is how average accounts stay average. Budget moves to whatever produces leads at an acceptable cost, and the rest gets fixed or cut.

Done properly, every step

What most accounts are missing
Paid advertising rewards the work nobody sees: the landing page behind the ad, the search terms checked every week, the tracking tested before launch. It is the unglamorous part, and it is exactly where most accounts cut corners.

We build and run all of it ourselves, so nothing falls between an ad agency, a web developer and a tracking contractor.

FAQ

Answered questions.

Everything you might want to know about paid advertising, up front.

1
Which PPC platforms do you manage?
Google Ads is the core of most accounts we run: Search, Performance Max, Local Services Ads, Display, YouTube and remarketing. We also manage Microsoft Ads (Bing), Meta Ads on Facebook and Instagram, LinkedIn Ads for B2B, and ChatGPT Ads where your business is eligible and the placements are available. We recommend the mix from your margins, your market and where your buyers actually search.
2
Can you take over an existing ad account?
Yes. We start with a read-only audit of your campaigns, search terms and conversion tracking, so nothing in your account changes until we have agreed on priorities and a transition plan. Most takeovers begin by fixing tracking and cutting obvious waste before anything is rebuilt. The account stays in your name throughout.
3
Do you write the ads and build the landing pages?
Yes. Ad copy is part of every engagement, written in your customers’ own words and tested against the current winner every month. We also design, write and build a dedicated landing page for each campaign, because sending paid clicks to a homepage is burning money. Image and video creative for Meta, YouTube and display can be in scope too, and we agree the deliverables before we start.
4
How much should I spend on PPC?
Enough to buy the clicks it takes to produce the leads you need. That depends on what clicks cost in your category and city, and how well your landing pages convert. In the audit we work it backwards from your goal: leads needed, likely conversion rate, likely cost per click, and the monthly budget that implies. If the maths does not work, we tell you before you spend.
5
Can we start with just one platform?
Yes, and it is often the smartest start. Most clients begin with Google Ads, prove the economics, then add Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn or ChatGPT Ads once there is a campaign worth extending. Tracking is set up so each new platform is judged on the same cost-per-lead terms.
6
How long does it take for PPC to work?
Traffic starts the day campaigns go live. Useful optimization data takes a few weeks to build, and most accounts hit their stride by the second or third month as testing compounds. Lower-volume local markets take longer simply because conversions arrive more slowly. What you see immediately is the tracking: every lead on your dashboard from launch.
